The print quality was good. However, the plaques are made out of cheap cardboard and not plastic and they bend easily. I expected a better product.

Hey Dale, I do apologize you are not satisfied with the hang tag material. Rather than cardboard, we use a 20 mill polystyrene plastic for durability. I hope this information helps. If you have any other questions please reach out to our customer service team who would be happy to assist you.
